  Verity has arrived in Ilfracombe !!!!!! Some people love her others not so sure. Here in North Devon there are mixed opinions, some people call her' The Slapper of the South' or the 'Broad with the Sword' Whatever your opinion come and see the solid bronze statue called 'Verity'. Stay in your own luxury apartment at ' Bratton View ' Bed & Breakfast for £38 per person per night. The Rut on Exmoor has begun and the sunsets are particulary good at the moment. |

The purple heather is beginning to flower on Exmoor. I am waiting for a good sunny day to take some pictures. The rut will begin soon as well so Exmoor will soon be buzzing with life...WATCH THIS SPACE. |

The Puriton Inn on Junction 13 of the M5 motorway is a great place to stop..Food is cheap and you will have a warm welcome..Come off the M5 Jct 13.Turn left, left again and left again signposted Puriton and you will see the pub just on the left..2 MINS IN CAR !!
